A business with its registered office at Vivekanand Nagar, Aligarh Road, Hathras – 204101, UP, India was established in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013. The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), along with the privacy policy, shipping policy, and cancellation, refund, and return policy (collectively, the “Policies”), as updated and changed from time to time, govern your use of the website. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Policies whether or not you have read them by accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website from a computer or mobile phone to make a purchase on the Website. The only permitted use of the website is for informational and personal purposes. Atharvaveda urges that you refrain from using the Website if you do not agree with these Terms of Use and Policies.

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, the maximum retail price shall be applied to all items displayed on the website. Taxes are included in the pricing listed on the website for the specific goods. On the day of delivery, the prices stated at the time of ordering will apply. No additional fees will be taken or refunds given if applicable at the time of delivery if the price of the relevant product is greater or lower on the date of delivery.
You are asked to double-check the total amount due at checkout before submitting your order. The total fees associated with the specified order will be shown on the website during checkout, and no further fees will be charged or due when you accept delivery of the specified product(s) ordered. Shipping and Delivery

The logistics of your order’s delivery will be handled by Atharvaveda. An expected delivery time and a consignment number for tracking the status of your order will be communicated with you at the time of order placement, depending on your location. Please be aware that although Atharvaveda will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, delivery of your order could be delayed owing to a number of external factors. If your item was transported to one of the major cities (metros), Atharvaveda will be responsible for it.
